This is contract position with my direct client Job Description Supports team members in all aspects of the talent acquisition process by performing a variety of tasks. Assist hiring managers on a regular basis regarding recruiting strategies for open positions, and determines exact qualifications and skills required. Creates an effective working relationship with management for the assigned region. Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified applicants. Maintains applicants' records in accordance with federal and state employment laws. Reviews candidate employment applications and resumes to evaluate applicants against job opening requirements. Provides information about the company and position in a positive light. Helps in setting up one-on-one or group DM interview sessions. Coordinates communication with applicants throughout the recruiting process. Conducts reference checks.
