Join Our Team as a Care Management Administrative Specialist! We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential non-clinical administrative support to our care management function. In this role, you will play a critical part in our interdisciplinary team, helping to ensure the delivery of integrated and quality member care across the continuum. Your contributions will help shape our overarching strategy for cost-effective member care. Key Responsibilities: Provide vital administrative support, including case assignments, member screenings, scheduling visits, and processing correspondence. Assist with the initial review of case levels and support care managers with case management assignments. Analyze data to identify member needs and collaborate with care managers on implementing effective care plans. Schedule visits for members with care managers as required. Screen members according to Molina’s policies and assist in identifying suitable member services. Coordinate necessary member services in line with individual benefit plans. Enhance communication internally and externally to optimize the effectiveness of our care management services. Manage the processing of correspondence for both members and providers. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience in health care or a combination of relevant education and experience. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) or equivalent software. Outstanding customer service skills, along with strong time-management and organizational capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is a plus. Pay Range: $14.16 - $29.06 / HOURLYActual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
