Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector TMC is seeking a Quality Inspector for a Packaging/Kitting facility in NW Houston to support activities in Production. 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Must be able to work overtime which may include extended hours or weekends Responsibilities: Work closely with the inventory team and help to support audits Conducting audits to determine the quality of materials and finished products Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations Implement and improve quality control operating procedures Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency Participate in routine visual inspections Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields Ability to take direction Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong math skills and comfortable with counting and verifying supplier lot material. Flexible to work overtime to include 10-12-hour shift and weekends when needed
