Purchasing Associate

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Purchasing Associate Monday to Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm or 9:00am to 1:00pm. $20.00-20 to 30 hours are offered.-May need to drive to Plano location once a week (Paid mileage)-1-2 years of experience using an ERP system, buying parts and using excel.-Creates purchase orders, tracks shipments, ensures on time delivery-Acts as liaison between internal departments who need parts and vendors-Confirms vendor pricing matches purchase order costs-Ensures parts ordered match parts received-Follows company policies and procedures for buying parts and matching invoices-Experience with Microsoft Business Central or DBA software a plusCompany DescriptionOnTrack Staffing – Since 2006 Passion.
