Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Verint build projects, tailoring solutions to meet unique client requirements. Ensure the stability and performance of the Verint environment. Provide expert guidance and resolution for support and incident issues affecting Verint application usage by clients. Contribute to strategic road mapping that integrates future initiatives into the Contact Center Technologies ecosystem. Develop robust problem-solving strategies to test and build solutions beyond standard operating procedures. Qualifications 4 to 8 years of relevant experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. Experience with Verint solutions, including Call Recording, Speech Analytics, and Quality Monitoring, is preferred. Familiarity with Verint Da Vinci is preferred. Knowledge of Genesys Phone and WFM integration is preferred. Basic understanding of Server Maintenance and Accessibility is preferred. Networking knowledge is preferred. GCP VM knowledge is preferred. Novice level SQL querying and Database Management knowledge is preferred. Expectations at This Level Utilizes strong knowledge and understanding of concepts and technical capabilities to handle diverse tasks and projects. May assist in formulating policies and procedures. Works on complex large-scale projects and develops solutions for a variety of challenging problems. Creates innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. Independently completes assigned work while receiving general guidance on new projects. Employee performance is reviewed to ensure objectives are met. May mentor less experienced colleagues.
