Your Role: Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create customized therapy plans to help them achieve their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Use evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other OTRs, physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide training and guidance to patients and their families for continued progress at home. Monitor and Document Progress: Track patients' improvements and adjust therapy plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
