This role is ideal for someone who can walk into a home, diagnose the issue, communicate a plan clearly, and deliver a finished product that looks great and lasts. Our goal is to deliver a memorable experience for our customersnot just a completed task. What You'll Work On (Most Common Jobs): Drywall repair (patching, blending, tape/mud, clean finish work) Interior painting (walls, trim, touch-ups, cut-in work, clean lines) Carpentry & trim work (baseboards, casing, minor framing, repairs) Door installs and repairs (slabs, pre-hungs, hardware, adjustments) Punch lists (realtor requests, make-ready work, home sale prep) General repairs (troubleshooting, problem-solving, small installs) Primarily small-to-medium repair projects, with occasional light renovation work.
