Job DescriptionJob Title:Parts and Logistics CoordinatorLocation:4400 S Hurstbourne Parkway, Louisville, KY 40299Job Overview:As Parts and Logistics Coordinator at Christian Brothers Automotive, you will provide safe and professional transportation for our guests while managing parts inventory, ordering, and coordination to support efficient shop operations.This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experience and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized front office and lobby area, coordinating team meals, and assisting with miscellaneous shop duties as needed. You will model and support our mission, vision, and core values in all interactions.Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities: Provide safe, timely, and professional shuttle service for our guests.Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle.Notify management of any shuttle vehicle maintenance needs.Follow all traffic laws, safety policies, and company standards. Parts Coordinator Responsibilities: Oversee receiving, processing, and tracking of all incoming and outgoing parts.Manage parts inventory to ensure accuracy and availability for shop operations.Enter parts information into work orders and maintain proper documentation.Order parts from vendors and follow up on returns or warranty claims as needed.Coordinate parts deliveries to and from vendors and between shop locations.Ensure compliance with safety policies in all parts handling and storage activities.Provide training or guidance to staff regarding parts processes, as needed.Support shop operations with vehicle movement, guest follow-ups, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: QualificationsQualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Strong organizational, leadership, and inventory management skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Ability to lift and carry parts as needed (up to 50 lbs).Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Team-oriented with a positive attitude consistent with Christian Brothers’ culture. Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.Drive manual transmissions vehicles.Efficiently navigate a computer.
