With succession planning already underway and several senior leaders approaching retirement over the next 1 to 2 years, theyre intentionally hiring someone who can grow into a future Director of Operations / Construction role. Youll lead major HVAC and MEP projects, manage and develop a small team of Project Managers, and gradually take on more operational responsibility, commercial oversight, and strategic input as you progress.
