Senior Real World Evidence Analyst

Join our team as a Senior Real World Evidence Analyst! We are seeking a scientific and strategic contributor who possesses broad expertise and unique knowledge in real-world evidence, particularly in analytic and methodology domains. In this role, you will manage multiple client projects while acting as the primary contact, fostering valuable partnerships, and driving project success. Take charge of business development and project execution, resulting in a significant client portfolio. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring a robust network in the industry. Identify new opportunities for follow-on work and ensure project deliverables meet established budgets and review processes. Lead the integration of project teams, ensuring high quality outputs and optimal efficiency. Mentor and train junior staff to help them achieve their technical career development goals. Contribute significantly to scientific processes related to client deliverables such as analysis plans and internal tools. Stay updated on regulatory and industry requirements through active participation in conferences and symposia. Communicate recruitment needs and participate in hiring and training efforts as necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all business units. Qualifications: Education: A Master’s degree in Mathematics, Biostatistics, Engineering, Data Science, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or a related scientific field is required. A PhD is highly desirable. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in clinical or health research, or consulting. Skills: A strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical R&D process combined with business acumen. Experience in study design, analysis, interpretation, and working with large datasets. Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS, with hands-on experience in statistical programming and analysis. Expertise in causal inference methods for comparative effectiveness studies. Comfortable engaging with senior executives, with excellent technical writing and presentation skills. Self-motivated, curious, collaborative, and able to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical abilities, and tactical execution skills. Vision and leadership skills that enhance and contribute to strategic direction.
