Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to identify potential sales opportunities in alternative project delivery across core market areas. Discover new revenue streams and accurately forecast expected profit margins in various sectors. Act as a key liaison for CDM Smith business units by participating in strategic planning and project development meetings. Provide valuable feedback to CCI leadership on essential service offerings for current and future growth objectives. Oversee the management of CCI's 'must-win' and active project lists, ensuring alignment with business goals. Prepare quarterly sales forecasts and track backlog margins. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development efforts in each market sector. Implement project opportunity screening strategies to maximize business development returns. Support business units in securing design-build projects as necessary. Contribute to the training of sales personnel to enhance their skills in alternative delivery methods. Engage in targeted project development, pursuits, and proposal support as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support company success. Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required. Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Solid grasp of labor relations and business development strategies. Familiarity with software tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Pay Range Minimum: $159,931 Pay Range Maximum: $327,829 Additional Pay Range Information: The specified pay range reflects a good faith estimate based on geographic location and experience.
