About the Role The Orders Coordinator (Warehouse) conducts analyses to evaluate business needs, forecast sales, and determine product demand, while providing critical support to both sales and operations processes. What You Will Do Gathers and analyzes relevant data from multiple sources for keeping product information accurate for effective processing of commercial orders. Maintaining computerized inventory records and reporting on inventory levels and activity. Reporting expedited orders. Coordinating returns and exchanges of inventory items. Verifying order completeness and inspecting for damage. Ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures. Picking/packing orders Works with cross-functional groups to compile information necessary to develop and maintain price lists. Functions with internal and external business partner to support product delivery schedule/calendar. Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs. Top Candidates Will Have Experience using Forklifts, Reach Truck, and Order Pickers Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Summary Pay Range: $28.70 - $43.10 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
