Their reputation is built on integrity, longstanding client relationships, and deep involvement in the communities they serve Job Description Recruit, orient, train, and manage both field and office personnel Mentor and develop project engineers and project managers Partner with Business Development and Marketing to secure future work Perform project manager and program manager duties as needed Review jobsites and project schedules Analyze Profit Projection Reports and adjust plans to maintain profitability Collaborate with Safety and Quality teams to monitor job safety, compliance, trends, workflow, and inspections Provide preconstruction services Negotiate owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Serve as liaison between preconstruction, estimating, operations, safety, and quality teams Work with Estimating to develop proposals, RFPs, budgets, and estimates Identify and resolve issues proactively to reduce project risk MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
