Oversee construction operations for the Western Indiana Region - Lafayette, IN Working On Top Projects in Indiana - Upwards of $50M About Our Client This client is a wellestablished, fullservice construction management and general contracting firm with more than a century of experience in the Midwest. Their reputation is built on integrity, longstanding client relationships, and deep involvement in the communities they serve Job Description Recruit, orient, train, and manage both field and office personnel Mentor and develop project engineers and project managers Partner with Business Development and Marketing to secure future work Perform project manager and program manager duties as needed Review jobsites and project schedules Analyze Profit Projection Reports and adjust plans to maintain profitability Collaborate with Safety and Quality teams to monitor job safety, compliance, trends, workflow, and inspections Provide preconstruction services Negotiate owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Serve as liaison between preconstruction, estimating, operations, safety, and quality teams Work with Estimating to develop proposals, RFPs, budgets, and estimates Identify and resolve issues proactively to reduce project risk MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 15+ years of construction experience and 5+ years either as a Project Executive, Director, or VP Healthcare experience is required OSHA 30 and Procore Ability to successfully negotiate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and supplier Working knowledge of construction legal issues including contracts, liens, labor standards, safety standards and other related topics Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently included budgeting, scheduling, QA, safety, owner and architect correspondence, billings, subcontracting, contract management Ability to develop business relationships and networking contacts to increase the company's presence in the business community that results in new business opportunities Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time What's on Offer Opportunity to grow and oversee the Western Indiana Regional Office as the Vice President Base salary: $150K - $220K Lucrative bonus structure Dental, Medical, Vision Insurance 4 weeks PTO Family feel environment - great office culture that do things together outside of work Contact Sam Rodriguez Quote job ref JN-022026-6949148
