Lead Generation Specialist Forcoda is a web and software development agency that helps startups and large businesses build the right products for the right customers by combining our expertise in UX/UI design, web and mobile app development with customer and market research data. We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys attending industry events, networking, and identifying business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Attend industry conferences, networking events, and business expos to generate leads for web and software development services Identify and approach potential clients who are looking for web design, mobile app development, or custom software solutions Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and timeline Provide detailed reports on leads, including contact information, business needs, and event insights Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads Qualifications: Strong networking and communication skills Ability to attend in-person events regularly (flexible schedule) Self-driven with a passion for connecting with people and finding business opportunities Knowledge of web development, mobile apps, or software services is a plus Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably in the tech or software space) is a plus Comfortable working independently and reporting on performance Compensation: This is a performance-based role. You will be paid per qualified lead generated, with additional event expenses covered (tickets, travel, etc.).
