We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to guide clients through a large-scale UKG implementation. In this role, you will lead end-to-end change management efforts shaping strategy, engaging leaders, preparing employees, and enabling a positive transition experience. Your work will ensure that teams understand the change, feel supported, and have the tools and training needed to successfully adopt a new workforce management system. In this role, you will: Serve as the trusted change advisor and leader for a major UKG transformation Bring 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and enterprise change delivery Apply practical experience supporting UKG or workforce management technology implementations Conduct and document comprehensive stakeholder analyses, identifying change impacts, readiness considerations, and learning needs Partner closely with program leadership to align on messaging, communication cadence, and engagement strategy Develop the Case for Change, including key messages, talking points, and leader-aligned communications Create and deliver tailored Communication Plans to support transparency and clarity throughout the program lifecycle Build and execute Sponsorship and Leadership Engagement Plans, enabling leaders to guide their teams effectively Develop a comprehensive Change Management Strategy aligned with program goals and user adoption needs Establish and facilitate a Change Champion Network to extend communication reach and reinforce learning locally Design and deliver the appropriate learning strategy, including role-based training materials and job aids Lead implementation of all OCM, communication, and learning activities from planning through sustainment Track organizational readiness, user adoption, and behavior change metrics to ensure long-term success Who You Are: A seasoned change leader with 10+ years of experience in OCM and enterprise transformation Experienced with workforce technology or UKG implementations Skilled in simplifying complex concepts and delivering clear, compelling communication Able to build strong relationships with executives, stakeholders, and project teams Experienced in designing learning content and leading training strategy development Comfortable working in complex environments and creating structure in ambiguous situations Driven by outcomes and motivated to deliver measurable improvements in adoption, readiness, and sustainment A strong cultural fit with Centric Consulting's values integrity, inclusivity, partnership, innovation, and accountability Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MSOD, MHRM) Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP), HR technologies, or Project Management are a plus Total Rewards: We proudly offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being, such as health coverage, wellness programs, 401K company match, self-managed PTO, and other unique incentives that celebrate your accomplishments.
