Key Responsibilities: Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Cogito SSIS application, demonstrating strong abilities in managing project tasks and client relationships. Utilize your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to deliver top-notch support and enhancements in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Lead the design, configuration, testing, and go-live support for applications, ensuring that they align with business needs and integrate efficiently with Epic and third-party systems. Oversee project estimation, planning, and provide best practices for optimizing system workflows while ensuring data integrity and stability. Collaborate closely with the Accenture team, software vendors, and clients to deliver successful projects and optimizations. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Cogito SSIS workflows and configurations. Provide project support from design through hypercare, utilizing Agile and/or Adaptive project management methodologies. Develop and maintain detailed application project plans, including configuration and risk management plans, status reports, and change control processes. Assist project managers with proposal creation, risk assessment, and project progress reporting. Effectively escalate and resolve issues and risks. Lead coordination with offshore support teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including workflows, specifications, and testing protocols. Facilitate lessons learned sessions and stakeholder surveys. Validate and monitor project costs and resource estimates. Act as a liaison with client stakeholders to ensure system capabilities meet business requirements. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and security policies. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Epic Cogito SSIS Application Support Specialist. At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing IT analyst role. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Compensation: Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors including location, role, skills, and experience. Our anticipated hourly salary range is $54 to $68.
