This role is ideal for an experienced and compassionate nurse who excels in providing high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced environment. Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Deliver specialized nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and interventions. Monitor and assess vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall patient status to detect early signs of deterioration. Administer medications, IV drips, and advanced therapies as per physician orders. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and post-discharge care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Candidate requirements Active RN license in Washington (or eligibility for licensure). 2+ years of experience in IMCU, step-down, or progressive care settings preferred. Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and critical care interventions. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
