E-Billing Specialist We are excited to announce an opportunity for an E-Billing Specialist to join Dentons US LLP. This role is open to applicants from any of our offices, and it plays a vital role in managing the electronic billing processes for our domestic clients and e-vendors. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The E-Billing Specialist will report directly to the E-Billing Supervisor and will support a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. Key Responsibilities: Administer all electronic billing clients and vendors, including documentation, training, analysis, reporting, and security. Maintain comprehensive profiles for each electronic billing vendor, including policies and contact details, and effectively communicate e-billing guidelines to the Finance Team. Collaborate with billing attorneys and secretaries to discuss and improve electronic billing processes. Generate and distribute e-billing reports weekly, ensuring transparency and accountability. Utilize the E-billing Hub to troubleshoot and resolve any electronic billing issues. Update and manage client websites efficiently. Work with Billing Coordinators and timekeepers to ensure compliance with Electronic Billing Guidelines. Engage with the Collections Team to ensure proactive follow-up on aged invoices submitted electronically. Address and resolve rejected invoices swiftly, within two business days of receiving them from the billing coordinator. Be prepared to take on ongoing or ad hoc duties to meet the workload demands. Perform additional tasks as assigned to fully align with the position's responsibilities. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-billing (familiarity with tools such as Serengeti, Collaborati, Legal Precision, or eBillingHub is a plus). Previous experience within a law firm is preferred. Knowledge of Elite Enterprise or 3E, as well as ME-Billing applications, is beneficial. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. A self-starter with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work overtime when necessary. In compliance with state laws, the salary range for this position is $70,000 - $92,000, commensurate with experience and local market factors.
