Healthcare Regulatory Corporate Associate Fox Rothschild, a rapidly growing national law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join our dynamic Health Care Transactions Practice Group. Our firm combines the extensive resources of a large national firm with the personalized approach of a boutique, creating a supportive environment that fosters career growth and development. As a key member of our Health Care Transactions Practice, you will handle a variety of legal agreements and transactions, ranging from multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions to complex joint ventures. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with diverse health care entities and tackle stimulating legal challenges. Ideal candidates will possess 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A, health law, and regulatory matters. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the state of the office location. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Proven experience with intricate health care transactions. Familiarity with health care compliance and fraud and abuse issues is a plus. Strong academic performance with excellent analytical skills is essential. Work Environment & Physical Demands This position is based in an office setting. Responsibilities will require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and copiers. Physical Requirements: This role primarily involves sedentary work, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Candidates should expect to sit for prolonged periods, with occasional walking and standing as part of their duties. Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity is needed for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, and extensive reading.
