As a Senior Clinical Consultant, you will be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing patient care and optimizing the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR). This role combines clinical expertise with leadership and data-driven insights to improve health outcomes and end-user satisfaction. Join us in integrating cutting-edge technology into healthcare practices while focusing on patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Integration: Bring your knowledge of healthcare policies and practices to effectively integrate and maintain the EHR system with the Pharmacy Module, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows for improved patient outcomes. Technology Advocacy: Champion advancements in technology that enhance clinical practice and improve patient care delivery. Leadership: Inspire and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere. Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies and practices, ensuring staff are prepared and engaged. Data Utilization: Use data science techniques to inform decision-making, optimize clinical workflows, and enhance patient care. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for best clinical practices and establish high standards in healthcare delivery. Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining clinical processes to uphold superior patient care standards. Additional Responsibilities: Population Optimization: Drive improvements across pharmacist workflows by focusing on population-level optimization. Data Management and Analysis: Manage and analyze pharmacy data to derive actionable insights that enhance patient care and organizational efficiency. Knowledge Transfer: Provide valuable knowledge transfer to staff and stakeholders to promote understanding and application of best practices. Informatics and Strategy: Act as a bridge between IT and clinical staff, ensuring technological changes meet clinical needs while communicating clinician feedback effectively. Clinical Informatics Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships within clinical informatics to support integration and optimization efforts. Support Events: Assist with event-driven initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among teams. Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist with a current state pharmacist license in good standing. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience with the Oracle Health/Cerner Pharmacy module. Skills: Project management expertise with hands-on implementation experience. Strong understanding of healthcare policies, practices, and legacy systems. In-depth knowledge of EHR systems and technology integration in clinical environments. Demonstrated capability in managing change and driving organizational transformation. Proficiency in analytics and data science to enhance clinical decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Able to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in healthcare informatics. Experience with EHR migration and implementation projects. Background in federal healthcare operations. Experience in retail pharmacy practice. Job Responsibilities: As an experienced professional with expertise in research and clinical practices, you will partner with Oracle's clinical leadership to strengthen relationships and enhance client performance through strategic initiatives. Collaborate with development teams to create and position innovative solutions that address client needs. You will lead the solution design for both existing and potential customer engagements, ensuring high-quality and integrated outcomes. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and extensions to current projects. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Disclaimer: Certain customer-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable health safety requirements. Range and Benefits: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity. Comprehensive benefits package available.
