Key Responsibilities: Perform clinical duties in your specialty area. Gather patient histories, conduct physical exams, and develop treatment plans. Document health histories, findings, and treatment recommendations effectively. Manage time efficiently to utilize patient and provider resources optimally. Involve patients and families in care planning and educate them on self-management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care and positive health outcomes. Stay updated on the latest developments in your field through continuous education. Ensure adherence to applicable rules, regulations, and policies impacting your practice. Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Attend regular staff meetings and contribute to departmental goals. Minimum Qualifications: Education: For Physician Assistants: Bachelor's Degree and completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program. For Advanced Practice Registered Nurses: Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program. Experience: None required. Certification: Current BLS certification from recognized providers. For Physician Assistants: Valid Texas licensure and certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. For APRNs: Valid Texas RN licensure and APRN licensure with relevant certifications.
