Essex Realty Group, LLC is seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day execution of the companys marketing and communications. This entry-level role plays a critical part in supporting broker success, strengthening the Essex brand, and executing company-wide marketing initiatives. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Marketing Director and internal teams to create content, manage campaigns, track performance, and maintain Essex Realty Groups digital and print presence. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of Essex Realty Groups marketing strategy across digital, print, social, public relations, events, and internal communications. Manage and maintain the firms social media presence, with primary focus on LinkedIn and Instagram. Develop and produce marketing content and assets, including graphics, video, presentations, and written materials. Partner with brokers to support marketing initiatives and content strategy as needed. Prepare press releases, company announcements, and general marketing copy. Coordinate internal marketing requests, presentation materials, and sales support collateral. Assist with website content management and support SEO and AEO best practices. Monitor and evaluate marketing performance across social, web, email, and SEO channels. Contribute to quarterly marketing reporting and performance analysis. Oversee and maintain the firms online brand presence and third-party marketing platforms. Provide support for event marketing, pipeline reporting, and general marketing operations. Assist in optimizing marketing systems, workflows, and vendor coordination. Assist with office and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional marketing content Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an appreciation for brand consistency Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with standard marketing and productivity tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher) and Google Drive. Familiarity with WordPress and common digital marketing platforms preferred. Understanding of real estate marketing and commercial real estate is a plus. Compensation The position offers a base salary range of $50,000$55,000, based on experience and qualifications, in addition to a comprehensive benefits program that includes health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
