TITLE Referral Partner (Commission Only) COMPANY Stainless Communications is a senior-led brand, PR, web, and growth firm based in Boston serving clients across North America and Europe. We deliver measurable outcomes with fast execution and senior-only talent. No junior teams. No unnecessary layers. THE ROLE We are expanding our Referral Partner network and looking for experienced connectors who want to earn commission by making warm introductions. This isnot a sales job and not a salaried role. Your role is simple: You introduce Stainless Communications to qualified decision-makers who may need brand, PR, website, or marketing performance support. Stainless handles discovery, proposals, closing, and delivery. You earn commission when projects close and invoices are paid. WHAT YOU DO Make warm introductions to Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Growth, Partners, and senior operators Provide light context with the intro: why this is relevant, what problem exists, why now Join an intro call when helpful, but not required Maintain trust and integrity with your network WHAT YOU DO NOT DO No cold calling or cold outreach requirements No pitching, negotiating, quoting, or closing No quotas, required hours, or territories No project delivery or account management COMPENSATION (COMMISSION ONLY, NO CAP) Commission is based on total closed business and is paid after the client invoice is paid. $5,000 to $39,999 in closed business: 12% $40,000 to $99,999 in closed business: 18% $100,000 and above in closed business: 20% Examples: $30,000 engagement pays $3,600 $60,000 engagement pays $10,800 $150,000 engagement pays $30,000 WHO THIS IS FOR You have a strong professional network and can make trusted introductions You prefer opening doors over running full sales cycles You value flexibility and upside over salary You communicate clearly and respond quickly You care about referring quality work to people you trust WHO THIS IS NOT FOR Anyone seeking salary, hourly pay, draw, or guaranteed compensation Anyone expecting assigned leads, inbound volume, or a territory Junior or entry-level candidates Anyone looking for a traditional sales role HOW TO APPLY Reply with short answers to these 3 questions: What lane do you want to focus on (industries)?
