Security Guard (Per Diem) The Security Guard at Larkin Behavioral Health Services plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors within the healthcare facility. This position involves vigilant monitoring of premises to prevent unauthorized access, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies. Responsibilities include: Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including indoor and outdoor areas, to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Control access points by verifying identification and authorizing entry to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with emergency responders and healthcare staff as needed. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and irregularities accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in enforcing facility policies and procedures related to safety, security, and patient confidentiality. Work schedule: Per Diem Evenings Weekends
