Job Summary and Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of professional nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and their families. Implement medically prescribed interventions effectively. Qualifications Needed: Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with completion of BSN within 5 years of hiring date into RN position. RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt from this requirement. Preferred Education: Master’s in Nursing. Required License/Certifications: Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply; please confirm with NCBON.
