A private couple is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper for their single-family residence located in Coconut Grove, Florida. The home is a two-story, four-bedroom, four-bath residence of approximately 4,500 square feet. The household consists of two adults and two friendly Labrador retrievers. No pet care is required; however, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a dog-friendly home. Schedule The family is flexible and offers two schedule options: Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 8 hours per day Flexible start time: 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM Responsibilities General housekeeping duties throughout the home Deep cleaning of bathrooms Cleaning and maintaining floors Kitchen cleaning and upkeep Dusting all surfaces Changing bed linens once weekly Laundry for towels and linens (only) Light ironing and pressing bed linens. Cleaning the home gym and outdoor cabana Cleaning the tops of closet, bookcases and other elevated surfaces Requirements Prior experience working in private homes Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards Must be physically able to perform deep cleaning tasks Comfortable using a step ladder for elevated cleaning Must be able to reach, climb, bend, lift, and work at heights Ability to perform physically demanding housekeeping duties Dog-friendly (no pet care required) Compensation $35-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience This is an excellent long-term opportunity for an experienced housekeeper seeking a consistent, flexible part-time position in a well-maintained private home.
