Position Summary: We are seeking an Executive Director, Global Value Evidence Leader, to spearhead our value evidence strategy across our product portfolio. This strategic leader will ensure the creation of innovative and robust evidence that enhances product differentiation, market access, and reimbursement on a global scale. As the head of a dedicated team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to craft compelling value narratives and evidence plans from early product development to post-launch phases. Key Responsibilities: Direct the Global Value Evidence (GVE) strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Lead a team responsible for designing and implementing Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real-World Evidence (RWE), and additional evidence generation initiatives to support critical submissions and showcase our products' unique value. Leverage advanced scientific insights and industry trends to foster innovation in value evidence. Mentor and support your team in their professional growth and performance management. Enhance departmental capabilities by nurturing scientific excellence and ensuring strategic impact. Proactively identify and resolve complex challenges affecting the GVE department's direction and management. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders and communicate essential matters to the broader organization. Represent our company in external engagements with HTA bodies, payers, academic institutions, and industry consortia. Ensure adherence to global regulatory and ethical standards in evidence generation and data utilization. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or health-related field. Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting, specializing in HEOR, RWE, and market access strategy. Proven leadership in crafting and executing global evidence strategies that support successful product access and launches. A recognized thought leader within the scientific community, demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications and presentations. In-depth knowledge of global HTA and payer requirements, along with regulatory frameworks and healthcare systems. Strong understanding of industry best practices. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, particularly in specialty or rare diseases. Familiarity with innovative evidence platforms, digital health technologies, and advanced analytics. The compensation for this role ranges from $245,454.00 to $381,110.00, with additional incentive opportunities. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including experience and skillsets, and may be closer to the midpoint of the range.
