This role supports commercial transactions through advanced research, underwriting, and polished client-ready transactions. This is a fully in-office position. Daily professional business attire is required. No hybrid or remote flexibility. Transaction Coordinator Key ResponsibilitiesDrive market research initiatives across multiple asset classesCompile and interpret sales and lease comps, vacancy trends, absorption, and rental dataPrepare quarterly market reports and forward-looking insightsAssist brokers with BOVs, lease abstracts, estoppels, and transaction supportDevelop investment marketing materials and offering memorandumsCollaborate with marketing to ensure high-level presentation standardsServe as a trusted in-house resource for market intelligence Transaction Coordinator QualificationsSeveral years of commercial real estate experienceStrong command of real estate terminology and transaction flowAdvanced proficiency in CoStar (required)Experience overseeing research projects or analyst workflow preferredAbility to analyze large datasets and communicate findings clearlyHighly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-drivenComfortable operating in a fast-paced, professional office setting Transaction Coordinator Preferred SkillsArgus underwriting experienceLease abstraction expertiseOffice or corporate transaction backgroundExperience utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting If you're analytical, polished, and ready to contribute at a high level within a professional brokerage environment, we'd love to connect.
