ServiceNow TPRM Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1. 4+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience. 2. 12 years (or 12 full-cycle projects) of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, specializing in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), including vendor onboarding workflows, risk assessment lifecycle, taxonomies, risk scoring logic, etc. 3. 12 years of experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with external systems or other ServiceNow modules 4. Strong knowledge of the risk lifecycle, including risk identification, scoring models (inherent/residual), controls, indicators, assessments, and compliance frameworks. 5. Solid understanding of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server based integrations. 6. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations. 7. Experience working with GRC Workspaces (Risk, Compliance, Audit) and UI Builder for workspace customizations. 8. Exposure to Integration Hub, spokes, reporting, and dashboard development. 9. Strong understanding of upgrade-safe, modular, and scalable development practices. 10. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills. 11. Prior experience in the BFSI sector (preferred but not mandatory). Roles & Responsibilities 1) Configure and implement ServiceNow TPRM module to manage vendor risk lifecycle, including onboarding, assessments, and continuous monitoring. 2) Develop workflows, questionnaires, and scoring models for risk tiering and compliance assessments. 3) Customize and maintain dashboards and reports to track third-party risk posture and remediation progress. 4) Integrate TPRM with internal/external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub for seamless data exchange. 5) Automate processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies to improve efficiency. 6) Collaborate with GRC/IRM teams to align TPRM with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks. 7) Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for TPRM configurations, enhancements, and performance optimization. 8) Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards for vendor risk management anc reporting.
