We ensure that all the behavioral professionals do not use any restrictive procedures, harsh punishment techniques, and primarily utilize reinforcement strategies.Position Overview: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at FantAutistic Skills Training, you will lead the development and implementation of personalized behavior intervention plans for clients, conducting assessments and collaborating with families and support staff.
