Marketing Analyst The Marketing Analyst will own reporting and analytics across the growth marketing function. This role will support data-driven decision making through consistent reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations, while also helping with marketing tools, dashboards, and data governance. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses focused on pipeline, performance, and ROI. Analyze campaign data to find trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Partner with Marketing team to evaluate tests, experiments, performance. Support marketing operations by ensuring data accuracy, tracking setup, and platform integrations. Help define KPIs, build dashboards, attribution needs, and measurement frameworks across marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Systems, Sales, Finance, and other support functions to align on data definitions, tools setup, and reporting standards. Manage marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Intelligence, Lead Forensics, SEMRush Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field 2+ years of experience with marketing analytics, digital marketing reporting, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role Hands on experience working with tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferably) Experience with tag management and event tracking concepts Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including data cleaning, formulas, and data validation Ability to investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure data accuracy across systems Ability to communicate findings clearly + provide strategic and actionable recommendations based on said findings Preferred Skills & Experience: Familiarity with attribution models and marketing funnel performance measurement Exposure to BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable platforms) Understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, email, and web) and related performance metrics Experience supporting A/B testing or marketing experiments and interpreting results Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence campaign strategy High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to analysis Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and incomplete data Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and methodologies As the fastest growing commerce company in the industry, we offer the opportunity for tremendous upward mobility within the company as well as development and professional growth opportunities.
