Front Desk Receptionist Harrisburg, PA Our client in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a polished and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to support daily front-office operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized experience at all times. This is a contract-only, fully onsite position. Responsibilities: Greet and check in all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression Answer and route incoming phone calls Assist with scheduling, sign-ins, and general inquiries Maintain reception and lobby area cleanliness and organization Handle incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate deliveries Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document handling, and basic clerical tasks Support internal teams with meeting room coordination as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a multi-line phone system Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Professional demeanor and dependable attendance Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
