CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Pay Miles $0.645 $0.71 CPM$500 onboarding bonus + $1,000 vacation pay Bi-annual compensation reviews Unlimited referral incentives earn $2,000 per hired driver. Detention, layover stop pay Driver Benefits That Put You First Out 1012 days, home 2 days Dedicated account (single customer consistency) 2021+ trucks with APU inverter 100% no-touch freight Pet rider program Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) ESOP Employee Stock Ownership Program (become a part-owner) CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements Valid CDL-A Minimum age: 21 12 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years) Refrigerated experience Safe driving record Stable work history Includes monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months: $0.025 CPM (under 3 years exp.) or $0.05 CPM (3+ years exp.) based on miles safe driving.
