Vistra Nuclear Operations Company This role entails providing oversight for the EPC vendor conducting Beaver Valley U2 Steam Generator Replacement activities, ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and safety standards. The position includes direct supervision of the Vistra industrial safety professional and maintenance discipline specialists, offering both technical and administrative leadership. Responsibilities encompass verifying that personnel involved are appropriately trained and qualified to perform their tasks, as well as confirming adherence to site procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also involves approving maintenance and construction procedures related to the replacement activities and managing coordination between the vendor and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Key Accountabilities: Provide oversight, technical, and administrative guidance related to the EPC vendor's work regarding the Steam Generator replacement. Oversee and support the administration of the training and qualification program implemented by the EPC contractor. Review and approve procedures to be followed by the EPC vendor. Respond to and reconcile emergent work activities in coordination with Operations Management and EPC vendor teams. Serve oversight for all vendor Rigging and Lifting activities, ensuring compliance with station requirements. Ensure all in-field activities performed by the vendor comply with applicable procedures, instructions, policies, and regulatory requirements. Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements: 10+ years related Maintenance experience in Commercial Nuclear Power Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument maintenance Experience managing vendor services or contract maintenance technicians preferred Key Metrics: Provide effective oversight and technical guidance for the EPC vendor's Steam Generator replacement project. Successfully manage and support the EPC contractor's training and qualification program. Ensure that vendor is in compliance with all applicable processes and procedures for in-field activities.
