Senior UI/UX Designer Logos is a purpose-driven tech company dedicated to building technology solutions that equip the church to grow in the light of the Bible. Based in Bellingham, Washington, Logos also has operations in Chandler, Arizona and Puebla, Mexico. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with deep experience in eCommerce, conversion optimization, and scalable digital design systems. This role will lead the creation of intuitive, high-performing web experiences and will play a key role in building reusable components within our CMS environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end UX design for eCommerce experiences, including discovery, research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. Design and maintain a component library in a CMS, such as Builder.io, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with brand and design system standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions. Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate concepts and make data-backed design decisions. Develop and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and documentation to support consistency and speed across teams. Optimize mobile commerce experiences, applying modern interaction patterns and responsive design best practices. Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX maturity across the organization. Stay up-to-date on eCommerce trends, emerging UI patterns, micro-interactions, and conversion best practices. Requirements: 58+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on eCommerce platforms and flows. Proven experience building custom components or templates within a CMS, preferably Builder.io (or similar systems like Contentful, Sanity with front-end components, Shopify CMS tools, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact eCommerce design work (PDPs, PLPs, search, checkout, account dashboards). Expert-level proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design system practices. Strong understanding of IA, interaction design, accessibility (WCAG), and conversion optimization. Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance analytics. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-energy environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain a strong growth mindset. Asks thoughtful questions to clarify design challenges and engages in constructive, collaborative critique. Preferred Requirements: Experience building or contributing to headless commerce front-ends. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce. Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) to improve collaboration with engineering. Experience collaborating on landing page creation for marketing, campaigns, or product launches. Need to have a basic understanding of the Christian Bible Study market. Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
