Quality Control Inspector

REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal shop inspection or equivalent training or work experience as a sheet metal machine operator.Experience with First Article InspectionsSkilled at reading calipers and height gagesBasic computer skills with Microsoft Office and Excel JOB DUTIES:Ensure quality on parts being produced throughout the plantResolve problems between machine operators and lead person and / or programmer in regard to quality of productsInspect sheet metal set up partsField questions regarding processes for handling products and various issues regarding qualityInspect first article products and check parts to printComplete reports for first article products for internal and external purposesReview rejects and scrapPerform other duties as assigned HOURS: Day shift - (4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts) Day/hours are negotiable $25+ hr. based on experience ++Monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached.
