Executive Support Specialist A boutique, mission-driven litigation law firm is hiring for an Executive Support Specialist to support the C-Suite in their NYC office. They are seeking a motivated and talented administrative professional to join their team. Salary commensurate with experience: $120,000 - $150,000 + paid overtime + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits package + free lunch onsite a few days/week Location: This role is based in office Monday Friday in Midtown Hours: 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. daily with flexibility as needed Responsibilities include: Provides administrative support to firm leadership Manages meeting agendas and leadership schedules Schedules meetings and calls Screens phone calls and emails Prepares expense reports and billing statements Manages complex calendars Supports ad hoc projects as needed Maintains and updates data trackers and reports Sends mail and packages for the office Arranges travel and manages travel plan changes as needed Maintains appropriate records for files, insurance claims, and internal records Assists with new client intake processes Qualifications: 5-7 years of administrative support; experience within a law firm is a plus Must have longevity on resume no job hoppers! Bachelors degree is preferred Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong communication and organizations skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize Ability to work flexible hours and handle sensitive documentation with discretion Please submit your resume to apply!
