(Y/N) – None Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.  ALS/BLS/TNCC/ENPC or PALS 1 year ED experience Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.  2 years ED experience ENPC versus PALS List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   Cardioversion, TNK, Moderate Sedation     Best personality Fit:  Team player, flexible, positive demeanor, upbeat Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. During COVID, SDGH ED did not lose a single staff member to travel nursing, something we are proud of. We have dedicated CNC’s on our unit who help support unit team members, to include self-scheduling which is a huge satisfier. We have a tremendous group of Providers who collaborate well with nursing and participate in our Unit Based Council on a monthly basis.
