Packaging Operator Germantown, WI 3rd shift 11pm - 7am Trains on 1st shift for a few days $18 p/hrSUMMARY Under the direction of the shift team leader, the packager position packages molded finished goods into the appropriate containers per the packaging instructions for each individual part. This position will work in cooperation with the production, quality and maintenance departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position packages all parts in accordance with the pall written packaging instructions per each individual part number. This person will be asked to review parts if a quality review event should be required. This position will work with the team leader to assist in making boxes for the production floor when required. This position will assist in moving FG product from the shop floor to the Morse shipping and receiving. This position will assist the team leader in maintaining plant wide cleanliness objectives by executing a variety of cleaning and organizational tasks. This position will assist with shop floor material handling tasks as required per their shift team leader. This position will communicate with the different departments of the company in a positive and team-oriented manner.
