Job Function:   Day Shift.5x8: 7:30am-4pm.Conduct  age‑appropriate assessments, ask diagnostic questions, and document symptoms and medical history for physician review.  Provide initial and ongoing care based on a child’s developmental needs and clinical condition.  Identify changes in  pediatric  patients’ symptoms and intervene promptly in emergency situations.  Participate in  pediatric  pain management using evidence‑based,  age‑appropriate strategies.  Administer medications, draw blood, and give childhood vaccinations  in accordance with  pediatric  guidelines.  Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.  Support parents and caregivers by addressing concerns, reducing anxiety, and helping families navigate illness or injury.  Stay current on  pediatric  best practices, treatment protocols, medications, and equipment.  Maintain  accurate, up‑to‑date patient records, charts, and documentation.  Job Requirements: EPIC experience required. BLS. PALS.
