Date Posted: 02/27/2026 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 497688 Industry: Insurance Job Title: Clinical Administrative Coordinator Job Location: Remote, USA Work Model: Remote Shift: 8am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday Employment Type: Temporary FT/PT: Full-Time Estimated Duration (In months): 3 Min Hourly Rate ($): 14.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 14.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Clinical, Healthcare Experience Desired: HEDIS, DSNP, and Quality experience (2 yrs); Healthcare Experience (2 yrs) Required Minimum Education: Associate degreeC2C is not availableJob Description JOB ID: 116048 Required Skills • Healthcare experience • At least 2 years of HEDIS®, DSNP, and Quality experience • Market specific data entry and collection experience • Medical record review and abstraction experience for HEDIS®, and HEDIS®-like measures • Datamining experience • Experience requesting medical records from provider offices • Experience conducting inbound and outbound calls for quality requirements • Strong communication skills • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint • Critical thinking skills • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Research and detail-oriented with strong proof-reading skills • Results-driven independent worker and self-starter Desired Skills • Solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality • Strong medical record review and abstraction preferred • Medical Assistant preferred Job Duties • Market specific data entry and collection. • Medical record review and abstraction for HEDIS®, and HEDIS®-like measures. • Datamining. • Support quality initiatives by requesting medical records from provider’s offices as needed. • Receives and responds to incoming Clinical Quality inquiries from all communication venues: e.g. phone and fax queue, TruCare, or department e-mail box. • Conducts in-bound and out-bound calls for quality requirements including, but not limited to medical records requests, contact verification. • Provides clerical and/or administrative support to quality staff and managers for special projects and reporting needs. • Provides excellent customer service by serving as a resource to all internal and external customers. • Navigate multiple documentation systems and obtain medical record sections supportive of HEDIS®,/Star measures. Typical Day • Perform market-specific data entry and collect required documentation. • Review and abstract medical records to support HEDIS and Star quality measures. • Conduct data mining to identify gaps in quality performance. • Place outbound calls to provider offices for record retrieval and contact verification. • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, fax, email, and TruCare systems. • Provide administrative and reporting support to quality managers and staff. • Navigate multiple documentation systems to locate and validate required medical record sections. • Support special quality initiatives and ongoing performance improvement efforts.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
