Job Description Do you have manufacturing experience and some forklift knowledge? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Machine Operator positions in Rogersville, TN. Perks & Benefits: $17.50-18.25 / Hour 2-2-3 Schedule 1st Shift - 6am-6pm 3rd Shift - 6pm-6am Full Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast start-date Weekly Pay (Pay Card or Direct Deposit) Holiday & Vacation Pay Insurance options Will be Trained to Operate Forklifts Clean & Climate Controlled Work Environment Details for Machine Operator: Set up, clean, and calibrate machines for production cycles Adjust machine settings and monitor operation Conduct precision inspections using measuring tools Perform periodic machine tests and troubleshoot issues Verify output quality and document approved products Maintain and report activity logs and operational records Operate forklift as trained Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Other duties as assigned Qualifications for Machine Operator: Minimum 1-year of previous experience in manufacturing environment and/or as a forklift operator Do not need to have active forklift certification - will train! Previous customer service or shipping experience is a plus!
