Job Code: 1633 Confidential Search An established hospitality group opening a new upscale casual restaurant in Bellport, NY on Long Island is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations. This is an opportunity to help shape a new restaurant from the ground up, working alongside supportive ownership to build a steady, guest-focused culture and strong operational systems. We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager who values consistency, supports their team during busy service, and maintains a calm, solutions-oriented presence on the floor. Compensation & Benefits $60,000–$70,000 annual salary (based on experience) Paid weekly PTO Paid sick time Flexible schedule Company dining perks Free parking Schedule 40 hours per week 5 days per week Holiday availability required Winter Hours: Mon–Thu 4pm–10pm Fri–Sat 11am–11pm Sun 10am–9pm Summer includes daily lunch service. Responsibilities As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations in this upscale casual Bellport restaurant, including: Leading a team of 20+ employees Managing scheduling and labor controls Supporting ordering and inventory oversight Training and developing staff Ensuring food safety and service standards Maintaining a steady, professional presence during high-volume service Partnering with ownership to establish efficient restaurant operations Requirements 2+ years restaurant management experience (upscale casual or full-service preferred) Experience managing teams of 20+ employees Strong leadership skills with a calm, even-tempered approach Comfortable giving clear direction and constructive feedback Organized and dependable under pressure Stable work history Food safety knowledge preferred Reliable transportation (restaurant not accessible by public transportation) Authorized to work in the U.S.
