What You'll Do Process and code accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage invoices across multiple entities and ensure timely payments. Assist with employee expense reimbursements and compliance checks. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly. Maintain the AP inbox and scan vendor invoices for recordkeeping. Set up new vendors and update existing vendor records. Prepare and execute weekly check runs. Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed. What You Bring Associate's degree in Accounting preferred. 2+ years of accounts payable experience required. Strong Excel skills required. Experience with multi-entity accounting strongly preferred. Confidence in professional vendor communication. Background in high-volume corporate environments.
