Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Talent Acquisition team in the role of Consultant Talent Acquisition Intermediate. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant- Intermediate to join our Nursing Recruitment Team. This role will be a full-time day shift role working Monday-Friday in a hybrid capacity with some on-site expectation as needed. This role will specifically support recruitment for the Nursing Team and will be a full life cycle recruitment role which includes conducting thorough intake conversations with the hiring leader, designing and posting positions, sourcing, reviewing and screening applicants, consulting on candidate selection and completing offer processes. The Talent Acquisition Consultant in this role will apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure a compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. Key Relationships: Reports to: Manager Talent Acquisition Direct Reports: None Shift: Full-time day shift role working Monday-Friday in a hybrid capacity with some on-site expectation at our downtown Indianapolis office as needed.
