There are a wide variety of Administrative Assistant positions at Oaklawn, starting at $17.04 hr., most include: Answering phone and handling messages Making appointments and schedules Greeting and directing visitors and clients Operating office equipment Supporting team members with various needs and requests We are looking for the following persons: Those with at least a high school diploma or equivalent Those with office experience or those who are ready and willing to learn Those who would like to learn the skills involved in supporting the healthcare industry through the provision of mental health and substance use treatment Those who love working in a supportive team environment When available, those with bilingual skills
