Job description for Lightweight Assembly Worker We are looking for lightweight plastic assembly workers to join our team at a top-rated tier one plastics car manufacturing plant. We are looking for plastic assembly workers to assembly plastic headlights and tail lights for automotive vehicles. Shift: Hiring 1st and second shift. Responsibilities for our lightweight plastic assembly workers Our lightweight plastic assembly workers will be assembling plastic tail lights and head lights for vehicles. Ability to snap or connect parts with finger for 8-10 hours a day Lightweight plastic assembly workers need to be able to properly communicate and document when parts do not meet standards Keeping a steady pace to meet shift rate demands Trim and clip parts as needed Inspect and pack completed parts Requirements Qualifications for our lightweight plastics assembly worker Our assembly line workers must be able to bend, lift, and stand for 8 - 10 hours a day Must be willing to undergo a national background check No prior experience is needed!
