Delivery Operations Support Specialist Hybrid Role Compensation: $20 per hour ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Operations Support Specialist (Hybrid) to provide comprehensive technical, analytical, and administrative support to Delivery Operations and leadership teams. In this fast-paced operational environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring safety, reliability, cost management, and exceptional customer service. As a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will communicate reliability and outage information, support storm restoration efforts-including after-hours and weekend availability-and help drive process adherence and customer satisfaction. This hybrid position offers exposure to operations, engineering standards, cost management, reliability initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support to Delivery Operations and leadership teams Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring clear and timely communication Communicate reliability and outage information using internal systems Support storm restoration efforts, including after-hours and weekend availability Monitor reports to ensure adherence to process and customer service goals Research and resolve customer issues through root cause analysis Process highway relocation work orders in coordination with Project Managers and the Department of Transportation Execute customer contracts for Distribution facilities Audit work performed to ensure accurate and timely billing Prepare and close out construction work orders in work management systems Verify and apply correct general ledger coding for cost management Adhere to accrual timelines and cutoff dates Reconcile materials, labor, and equipment to reflect actual field construction Audit and process contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy against contracts and timesheets Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll compliance Generate invoices for governmental lighting, DOT relocations, property damage claims, and miscellaneous charges Obtain necessary approvals and calculate associated costs Allocate assignments to damage assessors during storm events Update outage management and storm tracking systems Support reliability programs using work management tools High School Diploma or GED (or applicable certification from an accredited institution) Previous customer service experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound judgment and problem-solving ability Flexibility to support emergency storm restoration after hours and on weekends Knowledge of local ordinances, permits, inspections, and Delivery Operations systems is a plus Disclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
