Maintenance Technician

Overview We are currently seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to support our Production Facility in Poynette, Wisconsin. This position is also eligible for our quarterly bonus program Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm Career Advancement: Robust on-site technical training program and tuition reimbursement available Responsibilities Must-Have: Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams, and ability to troubleshoot electrical devices Previous hands-on experience with hydraulic, mechanical maintenance Understanding of basic punch tooling in a production setting Basic computer skills, including email usage and internet navigation Responsibilities: Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment and associated electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Performing preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including robots, ovens, conveyors, tapers, machine tooling, etc. Operating machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welding equipment and other metal working tools to make and repair parts Light fabrication of guarding and machine structural repairs Qualifications Qualifications/Experience: Background in Industrial Maintenance (2+ years) Experience or education in electrical maintenance High mechanical aptitude and ability to apply to a range of equipment.
