Tradeshow Coordinator Location: Newberg, OR (Onsite) About DCI Edge For over four decades, DCI Edge (has been a leader in dental equipment manufacturing designing and building premium dental chairs, delivery systems, operatory lighting, and cabinetry from our headquarters in Newberg, Oregon. The Opportunity We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Tradeshow Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our tradeshows, industry events, and VIP experiences owning the logistics from first concept to final follow-up. What You'll Do Tradeshow & Event Planning Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, sales meetings, and customer events from concept through completion Manage all event logistics including venue coordination, booth setup, shipping, and on-site execution Prepare, submit, and organize all tradeshow-related paperwork, contracts, and documentation Track event budgets, manage expenses, and provide post-show recaps and reporting VIP Visit Coordination Coordinate VIP trip details across our Newberg, Chicago, and Charlotte offices including scheduling, hotel bookings, airfare, catering, and communications Ensure DCI Edge showrooms are fully prepared and presentation-ready for VIP tours and customer visits Manage all travel arrangements and confirmations for visiting customers and sales team members Tradeshow Marketing & Communications Develop and coordinate marketing materials and collateral needed for tradeshows and events, ensuring brand guidelines are met Plan, implement, and track promotional campaigns tied to tradeshow attendance including email, social media, and digital outreach Serve as the internal point of contact for all tradeshow-related communications and scheduling Maintain tradeshow databases, event calendars, and content within web management systems Pre- and Post-Show Support Provide dealer and customer support related to event scheduling, product information, and tradeshow promotions Track, analyze, and summarize tradeshow-related expenses and submit reports Support the Marketing team with proofreading event materials, tracking project timelines, and communicating status updates What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow management, or marketing Proven ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and presentation skills with sharp attention to detail Problem-solving mindset with confident decision-making abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude Why DCI Edge?
